There is no feeling like hearing your child say that he/she has been bullied at school, on the bus or anywhere else. Those words immediately send a wave of feelings all through your body as you think about how you sent your child to school to get an education – and NOT for their physical and mental safety to be compromised in any way. As an Anti-Bullying Strategist, my goal is to ensure that you (the parent or guardian) are able to address instances of bullying quickly, concisely, fairly and with as little stress as possible. During our consultation, I will gather all of the necessary information and equip you with what you need to be able to properly address the situation. You will leave the consultation (conducted by phone or video conference unless an in-person consultation is requested and purchased) with a recording of our time together, notes about what we discussed, and a detailed action plan of next steps.

I have survived over 22 suicide attempts, I’ve talked thousands of people out of suicide, and I live every day to the fullest. I know a thing or two about navigating through life. One hour with me will allow you to identify what it is that is REALLY holding you back, come up with a plan to conquer it, and set yourself up with the words you need to speak over yourself to ensure that you keep yourself in the right frame of mind to maintain the change that you have invited into your life. We talk about what your parents, grandparents, teachers and neighbors spoke over you (even innocently) that still affects you today. We go through the stories you tell yourself about life and what you can and cannot have/do/access. We get DOWN into all of the cracks and crevices of your thought patterns. We shake the cobwebs off your dreams and aspirations. We reimagine life – taking you out of the victim role and catapulting you into the hero role where you belong!
