Today’s episode is about the enemy in the INNERme. If you know anything about me, you know that I believe that all is a reflection of self. I believe that the way you feel about others serves as a mirror to reflect yourself (your thought patterns and pathology) back to you. I’m going to talk about this topic using several subjects, but today, I’m going to talk about enemies.
Now. Let me be very clear: In life, we absolutely have people who are against us. We have people who speak against us, pray against us, and do all they can to ensure our downfall. Make no mistake about that. But, I’m not hitting it from that angle. You knew that, though… right? Good. What I want to talk about today is people who are ALWAYS suspicious of everyone. Now this may be you, or it may be someone you know. Either way, here’s the tea:
No one can ever be “out to get you” unless you are out to get yourself. I know that there are people who want me to fail. I know that there are people who speak against my success. I know that there are people who manipulate situations so that the way will be harder for me. BUT. None of that has anything to do with me. That is a war that they are fighting within themselves that they are attempting to project onto me. However, they can’t project their inner turmoil onto me because I do not allow them to.
Next. We don’t ever wrestle against flesh and blood. So. Any time you feel like everyone is out to get you, what you are really feeling is an outward manifestation of an inner trait YOU possess. You perceive everything in your reality from withIN. You don’t really see with your eyes only. Your eyes are like windows that allow light in, and your brain processes that light and tells you what you’re seeing. That’s why you can still “see” things with your eyes closed. Everything you “see” is really being processed internally. That’s why people can see that dress on social media and perceive it to be two different colors. Our eyes are made the same, but we still see differently. What you are seeing when you feel like you are a victim 100% of the time is an outward manifestation of the fact that you have victimized yourself. You have told yourself that you are a victim, so victimization is all you see.
Okay, let me prove it. Tell yourself that you want a Honda Accord. Envision it in your mind. Go outside and drive around. You’ll see more Honda Accords today than you saw yesterday. So do you actually think that all of a sudden today, there are more Honda Accords? Absolutely not. You just see more of them because of what you told yourself. See how that works?
Defeat the destructive part of your INNERme, and you will stop being in turmoil about enemies. The average person would consider Judas to be an enemy of Jesus. However, Jesus still rocked with him every day because He understood the TRUTH of the fact that NO ONE could truly destroy Him. Even if they destroyed His temple, He would just raise it back up again. These people who smile in your face but want to take your place are a part of your growth and development. You are not in danger as long as you walk in God’s safety. What is God’s safety? It’s the knowledge of who God is and the knowledge of who you are. Work on the inner me, and watch God shift how you view your enemies.
Have an amazing day today. Show love to yourself AND others. Be GREAT! I speak life to you and everyone and everything connected to you! Catch me tomorrow!
XOXO,
Na’Kole ♥
