June 8, 2018 UPDATE!

Hey, y’all!  I hope you’ve had an amazing week and I hope you’re looking forward to the weekend!  I’m sooooo excited about getting work done and mapping out next week’s morning messages!  I want to touch on a few things right quick:

Suicide

As you have seen on social media and the news, suicide remains a huge problem.  A lot of you messaged me about the two celebrity suicides – I appreciate you guys for remaining aware and concerned about what is going on in the field of mental illness.  That means a lot to me!  You guys really push me to be better and greater, and I appreciate that!  I was honestly pretty discouraged when the numbers came out yesterday and I discovered that suicide rates have increased in 49 states.  I asked myself, “Am I really making a difference?  Can I really make a difference?”  I quickly stopped myself and redirected my thoughts when I thought about all of you.  You guys are proof that what I do (although small in the eyes of some) makes a huge difference every day.  I appreciate you guys for your love, encouragement and support.  I see your reply texts – I’m not always in a place where I can stop and respond, but I see your “Amens”, your emojis and all of that!  Thank you!

It is my goal to create more products and services that will assist with suicide prevention.  Please pray with me that God will continue to give me wisdom, creativity and innovation in this area!

Morning Messages

Do you guys like the weekend break, or would you prefer to receive morning messages every single day?  Think about it over the weekend, and when I send Monday’s message out, reply and let me know.  Please and thanks.

Freebie of the Month

This month, I’m giving away a resource designed to build a stronger relationship between mothers and daughters.  You’ll get more information about that if you follow me on social media.  If you don’t follow me, just Google me on Monday and you’ll find the freebie.

The Ask

I really try not to ask you guys for ANYthing, but every now and then, I have to.  SO LISTEN!  As you guys may know, I have been certified in ASIST (the most popular suicide prevention method) and I’ve been certified to teach More Than Sad (a suicide awareness workshop) in the public school system.  I have other certifications, but these are the most recent.  My next step is to take the ASIST T4T (training for trainers) so that I can teach ASIST all over the country!  I will be able to teach AND certify people to properly handle suicide crises – and the certification will be recognized nationwide!  I AM determined to make this happen, but of course I’m gonna ask for your help because I want you to be a part of this!  So here’s the tea.  The training is about $3,000.  It’s in Oregon in September (Happy Birthday to ME), and I AM GOING!  I believe this with all my heart!  I’m gonna be selling t-shirts, courses, books, all kinds of stuff to make this happen.  IF you want to donate to this effort, you can do so by any of the following methods:

CashApp: $NaKoleWatson (for: ASIST)

Paypal: nosuicidenobullying@gmail.com OR https://www.paypal.me/NotOnMyWatch

I’ll send you a personalized thank you, you’ll be listed on my website, AND… you know I’ll look out for you in other ways.  You KNOW that!  Thanks in advance for your support!!!  If you want to learn about the training, you can click this nice good ole link: https://www.livingworks.net/training-and-trainers/find-a-training-workshop/view/13556.

My goal is to have the money raised by the end of July.  #Goals honey!!!

I’m out.

Alright, y’all!  That’s it!  Thanks so much for your time and for everything you do, have done and will do!  I appreciate you guys beyond measure!

XOXO,

Na’Kole ♥

P.S. – I never want to hold you hostage.  If at ANY time you want to opt out of receiving messages from me, just reply to ANY of my messages with STOP, and you won’t receive any more.  No hard feelings! ♥
